2025-2026 Season Planning Survey

We are looking ahead to our 2025-2026 season and making some big plans. We would love to know where your dancer would like to fit in to those plans. Please sit with your dancer and complete the form below. Remember, it may be a good idea to audition for more teams than you plan to participate in. That may give you more options when it comes time to decide on your schedule for next year. Additionally, this form is very much your "wish list" of teams that you would like to audition for, but the staff will have final say on level placement and which auditions your dancer should attend.
