Leave A Note For Your Dancer!

This year we are offering families the opportunity to leave a note for their dancer in our printed program, just like a year book! We have 3 design choices below.

To leave a custom note, complete the form below and Carlos will create the design for you. You will have a 250 character limit. If you would like to upload a photo, we can add a photo to any of the three designs. Just make sure the photo is either square, or that it’s easily cropped into a square shape.

Cost: $20/spot
Limited spots available. First-come, first-serve.
